In due accordance with Tolkeen Utilities law, as the next of kin of a non-communicative customer we are oblidged to inform you of the termination of one Fredirck Mercer I’s Tolkeen Unitied Utilities services at: 1 Calhoun Avenue, Tolkeen because of the accounts past due balance of:

120,000 B.A.T.T.L.A.K. Credits (Bankers Association of Tolkeen, The Lazlos, and Allied Kingdoms).

As the next of Kin in a non-communicative contract agreement with Fredrich Mercer I, you are obligated under Tolkeen statute 147.23 “Debtors Rights” to be informed of the impending termination of his Utilities unless the debt is paid no later than Flamerule 17th.
