at the base of the tree

The tree is now about 15 feet tall with two solid branches. About 50 yards away the Church of Dragonwright is a towering 85 foot high, ornate, gray marble structure, with a steep black roof with tiles shaped as archways, ornately carved pillars supporting the grand overhangs of roof on all sides, and four massive sculpted stone dragons - one for each of the God Dragons at the front of the structure. The sole entrance to the building is a gigantic stone archway that towers almost half way up the height of the gigantic structure, filled with equally gigantic dark stained wooden double doors. The inside of the structure is no less impressive, with a mural covered vaulted ceiling, and support pillars carved to resemble dragons supporting the roof. The seating inside is composed of stone benches arranged in an archway pattern around a central altar with four podiums arranged at the archway points of the altar. Side rooms to the main chamber include sparsely furnished dining halls, quarters for the four priests of dragonwright, complimentary quarters for a half dozen visiting dignitaries, as well as meditation rooms - and rooms for specific ceremonies.
(description shamelessly stolen from Church of DRagonwright(thanks!)
Over the last 6 months more followers of Dae Ghuul the True Atlantean stone master have arrived. Currently they number 25. It seems the entire displaced larnac family clan of the Larnac Dorgo, son of Gordo
has arrived and been converted to Dragonwright. In exchange for their worship Dae Ghuul has been sending them north east. Dorgo is seen flying out of the temple grounds with two fellow Larnacs in an empty hovertruck, only to be seen returning shortly after with a bed laden with supplies. In this way the temple was built, furnished, and the following things have been installed:
Solar panel system (keeps barely functioning street light near their village running at night).
Larnac sized outhouse (difficult for humans to use but possible).
A well with a water pump has been dug.
The start of a brewery is being put together (one large urn is all they have so far).
Their village consists of 5 crude huts which sleep 3 Larnac each. Another 5 Larnac are lounging about outside at any given time sunning themselves if daytime or passed out drunk if night time. There are also 5 young Larnac in among the houses and surrounding area.
Dorgo wears Battle armor 300sdc natural 350sdc 100hp
Jury-rigged particle beam rifle with wires hanging out (1d4×10 5shots 100ft), Battle Axe 2d6, flys in aNG Utility Hover vehicle which has larger than usual cargo bed which the other Larnacs will ride in.
The other 5 are his cousins Deek, Reek, Beek, Meek, and Keek.
250SDC /75hp + 100sdc patchwork armor, laserpistol, ionpistol, 3 frag grenades, crossbow w/ ram jettips (1pt each pv9) ,vibrosword.
In between the temple and the tree lies a small camp of Sioux Indians, with 4 TPs. An unknown number of indians are inside, with at least 4 braves wearing only ceremonial garbs and carrying no modern technology of any kind visible guarding the outside at any given time.
Dae Ghuul locks himself in the tower quarters of the church, refusing to speak with anyone. His human follower is a balding fat man named Doma who brings his master food and relays messages from him. It seems Dae Ghuul is locked in deep meditation on what to do next and will not be disturbed for any reason.
On the third week Dae Ghuul has remained in his quarters, Dorgo returns with his hovertruck shot to hell, one dead Laramac half eaten lies on the truck bed, and there is an insectoid arm clutching a blade stuck in the dead Laramac’s chest…
As his smoking and heavily damanged Hover platform lurches to a stop at the foot of his hut, the sound of buzzing can be heard…
Here is a map of the local area around the small settlement growing up around the tree.
